I'm hoping that they did take a bunch of photos and they will be reviewed by NASA before they get published.

Because, if they are not carefully reviewed, nobody would get the idea that NASA was covering something up.

And we couldn't have people go to the Moon unambiguously. We have to leave the conspiracy theorists something.

I think NASA has been doing a bang up job on their own for the CT by just offering stills and indoor activities instead of releasing motion footage of earth, the thousands of satellites etc. It is a real shame to have their single GoPro not work for the biggest human achievement in the last 50+ years. Thankfully the sport extremists seem not to have those issues.

EDIT: Or tourists for that matter. I just came back from Vietnam and was fortunate to experience their incredible 15-minutes cable car ride over tree canopies, waterfalls, rivers and large boulders in Ba Na Hills and it was second nature to whip out my phone and record part of it.
