Artifacts of St. Cuthbert

A while back, I found a site that listed some St. Cuthbert's relics. Yes, the site was referring to Cuthbert of the Cudgel. It had four/three relics associated with him: a hat that whenever you told a lie, it would feel like someone was actually hitting you on the head with a club; a starburst pendant; the mace of St. Cuthbert. I think the other one was a shield that was belonged to a paladin. The shield and the hat were stored in a vault in the Temple of St. Cuthbert in the City of Greyhawk, while the pendant and mace were carried by St. Cuthbert himself. The site also listed that Heironeous, Pelor, and St. Cuthbert had formed an alliance. If anyone knows the site or has any other information concering the artifacts, please post. I appreciate your help.
