The artificer has a lot of powers that provide untyped damage bonuses. There are at least three different styles of wording:
It's possible for an artificer to stack all three of those powers (using an action point) at level 1. It looks to me like the artificer's ally could attack with +1 to hit and +3x Con damage (normal + fire + cold). Is there any reason that wouldn't work?
What about just 2x Magic Weapon (again, using an action point)? The +1 power bonus to attack rolls wouldn't stack, but would allies get 2x Con bonus damage? I vaguely remember somthing about bonuses (even untyped) from the same source not stacking, but I can't seem to find it, so as far as I can tell it would stack with itself.
I'm also a bit unclear as to how allies need to be positioned to gain the benefits from Magic Weapon and Burning Weapons. Does an ally need to be adjacent to (or within 2 squares of) the artificer at the time the artificer uses the power, or does the ally need to be adjacent at the time the ally attacks?
Finally, the Battle Engineer paragon path has the following feature:
It looks to me like this would stack as well. In the above example, using all three powers, the ally's weapon would end up as brutal 3.
Magic Weapon: "each ally adjacent to you gains a +1 power bonus to attack rolls and a bonus to damage rolls equal to your Constitution or your Wisdom modifier until the end of your next turn."
Burning Weapons: "Until the end of your next turn, you and any ally within 2 squares of you deals extra fire damage equal to your Constitution modifier with weapon or fire attacks."
Icebound Sigil: "Target: One weapon or implement"
"Effect:Until the end of the encounter, any attack that uses the target as a weapon or an implement deals extra cold damage equal to your Constitution modifier."
Burning Weapons: "Until the end of your next turn, you and any ally within 2 squares of you deals extra fire damage equal to your Constitution modifier with weapon or fire attacks."

"Effect:Until the end of the encounter, any attack that uses the target as a weapon or an implement deals extra cold damage equal to your Constitution modifier."

Brutal Enchantment (11th level): Whenever one of your artificer or battle engineer powers grants an ally a bonus to weapon damage rolls, that ally's weapon also becomes brutal 1 until the bonus ends. If the weapon is already brutal, its brutal value increases by 1.
