Reapersaurus -> For the displacer beast I used a great cat named serval as a model. It looks positively EVIL, with slightly slated eyes and triangular ears. It didn't take much effort to turn a naturally occurring creature into a monster that "looks like a puma". Of course, I had to enlongate the body a bit (using a cheetah as a basis) to accomodate an extra pair of legs... 
Wolfspider -> Just a logical thinking I did when creating the succubus' costume. If the succubus is fighting, say, a paladin, she wants her foe to have as much nasty thoughts as she can get out of him. If that makes him fall from grace, her work is done!
Also, Wolfspider, if you think the succubus is cute, wait 'til you see the nymph...

RangerWickett -> Any pointers you can give me, I'll be thankful for! My Photoshop training comes from just two books (Type Magic and Effects Magic). Just as a sidenote, remember that each of these pictures was intended to be printed in 1-inch squares!
Also, for the wyvern I did research on three creatures: bats, birds and a giant flying dinosaur I saw on "Walking with dinosaurs". As it turns out, they all have structures very similar to the human chest. The dinosaur, specially when landed and walking on all fours, looked like a man with very long arms. Notice that the neck is shorter and the tail is very long, to ensure he can sting foes in front of it and still maneuver a bit.
And you guys haven't even seen the DRAGONS yet...
