ooc: wouldn;t that be a partial charge, since it's a surpise round?
RA: what are the distances to the nearest one and the big one? Can the big one be reached without provoking AoO's?

ooc: Yes, I identified it as such in the dice rolling text. "Partial charge" is such a metagame term I was trying to avoid overusing it.

(OOC: 30' distance to the nearest, 35' to the big. Big has reach, so you will provoke if you aren't Ironwolf)

*Ironwolf slices right through the smaller Afflicted and deals a massive blow to the larger one as well. Figuring that Hulgyr will get the little one, Zaeryl and Almayce both shoot at the big one, despite it being in melee. Zaeryl's bolt strikes true, though the attack is so minor that the enraged bestial human ignores it in comparison to Ironwolf's.*

(OOC: That'll be 2 more, 30 in all to the big one)

*The other small Afflicted takes a small step towards Ironwolf and then makes three vicious attacks, one of which misses entirely, one of which clangs against the full plate, and the last of which is deflected by the invisible barrier of force.*

(OOC: Alright, Ironwolf again, then Eternity)

*Eternity javelin strikes too, though it doesn't hurt too much.*

(OOC: 4 more damage, 34 total)

*The angered large Afflicted attacks Ironwolf three times, but it misses every time, the bite just barely deflected by Ironwolf's defenses.*

(OOC: Grr! natural 1, then natural 2, than an unmodified 16, but without Multiattack, the Bite's Attack Bonus isn't enough to beat Ironwolf's enhanced AC :p)

*Zaeryl and Almayce both miss with their crossbows now that the big Afflicted isn't flat-footed.*

(OOC: Hulgyr's turn, then l'il Afflicted)

Hulgyr goes after one of the smaller ones. He charges it, trying to get advantage from Ironwolf's position.
ooc: charge on a smaller Afflicted, flank if possible (not taken into account on the rolls)
Attack: 18; damage: 19. Rolls are here
Cleave attempt: attack: 13; damage 18. Rolls are here
