Assigning a Home-Brew Template a CR

Help!

I'm adding a new template to my D&D game and I need some help calculating the CR.

The "Severed" Template effects creatures killed in a specific way. When they are raised, they're more bestial, violent, and evil. They're also immune to pain.

Effects:

Severed is a template that can be applied to any intelligent creature.
Severed Creatures receive a +4 bonus to Constitution and Strength. They receive a -4 to Wisdom and Dexterity. Severed Creatures are immune to fear effects and gain DR 2/Etherium (special home brew material) or Ghost Touch.

I don't think this will be a significant boost in power to the victims, but I'd like some input into the CR effect of this template.

Right now I'm leaning toward +0 or +1.

Thanks--

Sounds similar to the Revenant template (which is +1) in City of the Spider Queen... though not sure how you are going to get around the fact that all undead loose their CON.

Simple. They're not undead. By raised, I'm referring to the spell Raise Dead and the ilk. Of course, the net effect on non-levelled creatures is a +3 to con, but still, it's nothing to sneeze at.

I can't wait for the party to have the ogre they killed last session show up.
