My question is on the Will save with Assume Supernatural Ability.
I want to know if there is any action associated with it.
"Additionally, in a stressful or demanding situation (such as combat), you must succeed on a Will save (DC 19) or be unable to use the ability."
How should this be handled. Do you make the save and if you fail you can't even try it. That's what the last section ("or be unable to use the ability') seems to suggest to me.
Or you try the (Su) and if you fail you lose whatever action the (Su) would have used. For example you have Assume supernatural ability with a breath weapon. So try and use it but fail your save so you've wasted a standard action. What the breath weapon would have used.
