I was seriously in love with Pippi when I was young. I've always admired strong women.

You'd probably love Astrid too. At one point it turned out that she had to pay 102% of her income in taxes. She wrote to the government in the form of a fairy tale about a witch(Pomperipossa) mocking the tax rules. The government promptly changed the rules. She held some sway. :)

Thanks.

Geez we're losing all the greats now are we?

I always loved Pippi too. I never sought out Astrid's other works though, maybe now would be a good time for this.

Very sad news.
