Do you or do you not apply the two-weapon fighting penalties to your attack roll when making an attack of opportunity while wielding two weapons?
What if you deliberately choose to attack with your offhand weapon?
The "flurry of blows" thread reminded me of this question, because the flurry of blows penalty to attack rolls (like those made for a monk's attack of opportunity after a flurry of blows) applies for 1 round after striking with a flurry of blows.
A related question: how do you handle creatures with Improved Grab that make an attack of opportunity while grappling with their primary weapon? Do you apply the -2 (or -5, if they don't have the Multiattack feat) penalty to their attack of opportunity?
