Avenger - Painful Oath question

Say your Avenger has the Painful Oath Feat:

Paragon Tier
Prerequisite: 11th level, avenger, oath of enmity power
Benefit: The first time you hit your oath of enmity target each turn, you deal extra radiant and necrotic damage equal to your Wisdom modifier.

Okay, say with my lev11 Avenger, I hit on the first round against a Spinal Skeleton who has 15 vulnerability to Radiant, but 15 resistance to Necrosis...and my Wisdom mod. is +5, and I'm using a Radiant Craghammer. Lets just randomly say I do 30 points of damage, before any vulnerabilty/resistance adjustments.

How would that work, and what would the final damage be?

Thanks!

The resist necrotic doesn't work against painful oath, that part's pretty clear.

My gut reaction is 30 + 5 + 15 for vulnerable. However I could see it argued that you get +30 for vulnerable. I wouldn't agree, but it's an argument opened up by the stupid +x damage of type y effects that at one point 4E looked like it was correctly avoiding...

You do 45 damage. Resistance has to be against every single type of damage you are doing. vulnerability is also in favor of the attacker, if you have vulnerability to any of the types of damage happening to you, you take extra damage = to the vulnerability.

What I'm not sure about is if you do 45 radiant and fire damage against something with vulnerable 5 radiant and vulnerable 5 fire if those are added together. But Painful oath is just good

Attacking with multiple damage types is just sexy.

I don't have my books here (im at work FTW!) but i think those rules are either in the PHB 2 or the MM 2
