to her knowledge they were wrapped up and dragged into a hole in the earth at the other edge of the clearing. They were a brand new aquaintence to you. they needed a magical type to help them explore. The group of you had only known each other for a day tops.
There were 2 rangers, a rogue and a druid.

IC: I convey all this to the gnome while i am crawling away from them and past the bushes when i run into the kobold!

On seeing the snake, Targ backpeddles a bit. "Is that a snake?" his voice trembling every so slightly, his hands gripping his axe a little tighter.

IC: "Kobolds and ORcs are upon us gnome! Prepare for battle for they may be servants of the Frog plant demon!"

The red snake begins to hiss at the large orc

OOC: I begin to cast mirror image. Heck what would you do if your a woman and you come out from being trapped by some froggy thingy and meet a kobold and a orc!

"Hold youself, and your damnable snake, we are not enemies, we are friends of the gnome." Targ says, attempting to look as non-threatening as a double-axe weilding half-orc can. :)

OOC: I still cast the spell...i'll wait and see what happens..

IC: "I hope you come as friends and not enemies for there are bigger things to worry about than my snake! In there are my comrades! Free them and you will have my undying gratitude" and she points inward toward where the frog noises are coming. "Come great orc and little dragon! Save my people!"
