B2: Keep on the Borderlands tomorrow, advice?

Heh! I just picked up Keep on the Borderlands as a PDF in order to do the exact same thing, though converted to 3.X. :)

It's a tribute game, so my thought is not use many (if any) variations in tone or situations.

But the idea of starting at the caves rather than the town (since it is a one shot) sounds good ... or perhaps do that part on a "fast forward" to get to the meat of the adventure part.

I think I will try the "fast forward" idea, since I really want to read the introductory text as they approach the keep.
