Baby Gifts for a Gamer (and his Non-Gamer Wife)

A buddy in my group is about to have a baby and I want to get a baby gift with a gamer feel/theme. His wife not only tolerates his hobby, but is very cool about it, so I'm sure it's not a big deal with have fuzzy d20s hanging in the crib. Any suggestions out there?

(Note: The fuzzy d20 idea is already taken - they're in his car.)

The manufacturer, Jinx, actually has a whole section of baby and kid clothes. Unfortunately, their 4E gnome shirt isn't available in kid sizes.

The bib works too. And now that I think of it, having a bib that read something like "+2 to Reflex" would work too (since the baby would likely have food all over the thing and that's the joke, son, don't you get it?)
