Did anyone else ever play this? I've just been diggnig through my cards recently and building decks, despite not having actually played in years. I have two friends who I used to play with, and I'm trying to convince a third to learn the game so we can have a respectable four player game. Thankfully I have thousands of cards (already built into 10 decks) along with a couple thousand from another friend (built into two more decks, and two more almost finished decks) so no one will have to buy cards to participate.
For those of you unfamiliar with the game, it has one major difference when compared to games like Magic, or other CCGs. Rather than focusing on 1 on 1 gameplay, the game is best balanced for four players (in the original set, each player played one of the four major young races). Later expansions allowed for alternate factions of the main races, as well as the league of non-aligned worlds.
