Babylon 5 Open Content?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get the open content from the Babylon 5 RPG? Even a list of what is open content in the Core Rules book would be greatly helpful.

According to page 2 of the B5 RPG and Factbook, the following is Open Game Content:

All character statistics and creation rules

All new character classes and Abilities

All new feats, powers, and skills

All rules systems and mechanics

All statistics blocks and paragraphs specifically explaining rules mechanics or special qualities.

The use of product identity in these circumstances is limited solely to to mechanical effects of the system, not to the items previously stipulated as falling under PI.

Thanks for the info. Now, my second question: Has anyone compiled this content into a word file or pdf? I'd like to use some of the species and classes, but I can't justify shelling out the cash for the few pieces that I would like to use.
