[Bad Axe Games] Wulf — Heroes of High Favor Anthology?

[Bad Axe Games] Wulf — Heroes of High Favor Anthology?

Hi there. Just wondering what Bad Axe's plans for this title were — are y'all still planning on releasing it? I'm trying to figure out if I should try and hunt down the titles I don't have now (which'd be easy, except in the case of Dwarves) or if waiting for the hardback is still a viable plan.

thanks,
Nick

Well Gnomes is supposed to be out next(and hopefully soon. It's the next book after the one coming out) Then maybe we''ll see anthology(which I mostly want for the redoing of a few. Hopefully they'll power up Wyrd(I think) to make it actually worth taking.)

I asked this same question awhile back, and if memory serves the answer was pretty much "not anytime soon, but still on the slate." Worth the wait, whenever it winds up coming down the pipe.

Ah. That'd be a bummer, but it's good to know.

That about sums it up.

The Anthology is pretty much dependent on how I feel about the performance of Gnomes-- once it's out-- and I haven't been very optimistic about Gnomes in a while. I should probably just roll Gnomes right into the Anthology at this point, but I am a completist-- I really want to finish the series... Probably the smartest thing to do would be to publish Gnomes on a short-run basis for those (anticipated) few folks who want it, and publish the Anthology more widely.

My ears are open to comments, suggestions, etc.

I'm up for anything that puts the Anthology on my shelf and my money in your pocket as soon as possible. ;)

Word.

I don't actually own any of the originals (hangs head in shame), because they came out during a time when I was avoiding anything that smacked of a race book for the core races.

My attitude on that topic has changed since then, though, partially because of the buzz on these particular books. If you come out with a HoHF anthology--particularly if it's updated material to 3.5--then you've got a guaranteed sale right here.

Thanks for dropping in, Wulf. I'm pretty much on the same page as haiiro and Mouseferatu. I've actually shied away from pretty much any other race books because of the Heroes of High Favor series, and I stopped buying them individually because of the Anthology (my initial plan was just to grab what I would use, the rest be damned, but I rather like them, so...).
