. . . a little gem called Cyborg Commando by E Gary Gygax. :)

S. John Ross isn't posting here to my knowledge so, in his stead, I direct you to that wonderful cutaway diagram of the cyborg's head in Book 1. WTF?!?!

Sorry, but I just can't get past the sheer insanity that is Synnibarr. A game the tells the GM (or "Fate") that they *have* to play the game as written... fruit loop city...
It cannot be unplayable. Wasn't it Treebore who once had a Synnibarr campaign go to level 36? I think he liked the game.

Anyway, I wait for the first person to nominate D&D 3.5 for this thread ;).

I have a copy of F.A.T.A.L. on my hard drive...
I must have one somewhere, too. It's really bad in more than one way. It's not only the topic, but these disease tables that require a d1000 are a wonderful example of the true obsession that penetrates that whole game.

Not to mention the magic items that turn you into racist stereotypes.

Or the rules for determining vaginal circumference.

Or the setting information that states that most of the male population of any town are gang rapists, and that being a gang rapist carries no social stigma in F.A.T.A.L world.

Really. Anyone who has never read F.A.T.A.L. should count themselves amongst God's favorite creatures. The rest of us will never be quite right again...

I had a copy of Synnibarr. I also had a copy of the worst RPG ever published: Timeship! Synnibarr was at least interesting to read, trying to read Timeship nearly made me hurl. It's just that bad.

Is there still any way to acquire F.A.T.A.L.? The part of my mind that gawks at car accidents want to see if it's really as bad as the reviews indicate.
