I'm reasonably sure this tome will find its way into my DM bag o' goodies in the very near future *cue wicked laugh*. Thanks for the head's up!!

I'll check it out, Gary, and am sure this will be the first thing from Mongoose that's really worth getting.

However, the grammar in the review was weak. Not only that, but the review for the Amazon's guide was glowing as well. Having pretty much hated the Amazon guide, I'm hoping that the reviewer is just a fanboy that grew up watching too much Rikki-Tikki-Tavi.

Again, I'm definitely going to check it out. You might want to get a new PR department though. ;)

Actually, I thought the Necromancy book was pretty good (though it's not on the reviews page).

I've been waiting for the Dragon slayer's guide for some time.

I'm currently writing a review as well. Just waiting for word back from mongoose on who did certain pictures.

Short take: best slayer's guide yet. Very useful.

Heh... I used to think I was a rather fawnish reviewer, but next to Jeff, I think I look positively hostile!

Cease and Desist, Varlets!

Throw bouquets to the Noble Reviewer, certs.

Would that all were so clear of mind and keen of eye as that Worthy!

:D

Gary, long time no type! :)

I will certainly be checking out this work - I planned to since about April.

Any hints for your current project you are working on?

Old news, I've been running unique powerful dragons since 1st edition in the realms, as a matter of fact I just posted one I updated to 3e FR standards check it out, and you'll get a glimpse of what my players have been dealing with for more than 24 game yrs in the same campaign.

Creature Catalog/Homebrew-"Inferno the Solar Savant"
by Cassiopea

complete history, stats, future ambitions, and helpful GM suggestions-unfornetly I couldn't list the epic feats details or WotC would have gotten bent out of shape.

this particular dragon is a advanced epic style crossbreed with a most unusual twist, some dragons wait around all their lives for an adventurer to show up, this one actually has a life.

Hi Henry,

Been really busy writing, so I don't get to post a lot, comparatively speaking.

Jon Creffield and I are now working on the SLAYER'S GUIDE TO UNDEAD, and we will be turning over the initial draft of the ms. to Mongoose in about six weeks time.

Troll Lord will be releasing a dula-system (D20/LA game) adventure module that Lee Vanderlip and I have done, THE HERMIT, for GenCon...I hope.

Some number of other projects working through editing or being worked on here--another dual system module, a super-module, and more of the "Gygaxian" fantasy world books. Keeps me out of mischief...
