Some of us were waiting to see if any of the big-boys would chime in with either support or a complete negative, but it doesn't look like it's going to happen either way.
I'm in whole-heartedly, but I'll need someone to program the page. I'll keep track, write blurbs and do updates on the library, as well as catogorize and make sure that products are intact when we recieve them.
I figure the web-pages will need to have the following:
Welcome page, with an easily modifiable (for me) message on the front.
Search page and function.
Easily adjusted (for me) inventory sheet of what is available for download.
A library logo and book cover that we can replace the normal cover with. I figure "faux-leather" with the title and publishing company in gold, the library logo in gold at the bottom left, and the company's logo in gold top center. (This sounds like a job for Roudi)
Server space (or I can host this, I'm not sure if the offer of hosting is still up)
Email addy (mine or Roudi's) for companies to donate products or let us know.
Download tracker, so we (and the submitting company) can track which PDF's have been downloaded and how much.
I figure there should be a few rules, regarding submissions to the library...
Whoever is helping me out with getting this set up, drop me an email at ralts@centurytel.net so we can get started on this.

- Only your own company's work. While it may seem like a nice thing to do, to buy a product and give it to the library as a donation, we can't do "one person at a time" downloads for PDF's.
- WHOLE products only. Stripped of artwork, background and covers, preferably. This will reduce download size as well as giving the person who downloaded it a reason to purchase the whole product. I would suggest removing "quick reference charts" from the back if you so choose.
- Once submitted, it STAYS in the library. No placing it in the library for 2 weeks as a promotional deal and then requesting it be withdrawn.
- NO DRM secured items.
- d20 Modern, d20 Future, d20 Past & d20 Fantasy (D&D) products as well as OGL products are all fine.
