Balor Mini FINALLY Revealed!

Except that a Balrog is about FOUR times as big as a balor, and half as weak. -- I mean, Gandalf was being pulled on by one while hanging from a bridge, and he had time enough to speak a sentence before being pulled off? What a weenie!

All of those look awesome. The only way I'm seeing that WotC Balor, though, is if I get lucky and get one in a box -- I'm betting those sell for $30 apiece.

Well, it'll be a 1 in 24 chance of getting the Balor.

Wizards are making some very nice minis these days. I'm just glorying in my new Mounted Paladin and my new uncommon Troll!

Damn that is a cool mini. My players would probably crap themselves if I said you see this thing rise out of the pit...and pulled that Balrog out.

Nice fig. Be even nicer if every mini maker on the Planet had not already produced one or more sword and whip demons. Maralith figs are far rarer.

You're going to have to explain that one. It's obvious to me and everyone I know that the balor is a derivative of the balrog, sword and whip and all.

Sure, the balor is borrowed from the balrog, but it's a different creature, nonetheless. Balrogs are larger, and I guess they don't explode when they die.
