Nope. Since it's undead, it doesn't HAVE a con score, therefor said con score (which it doesn't have) cannot be raised by raging.
That's what I thought, BUT...

it does say that a Lich character retains ALL class abilities it had in life.

I think that the no Con is going to overide the Rage, but I thought that I would ask just in case someone else has seen that rule...

It does retain all class abilities. Rage increases a target's Constitution score by +4 while raging. A lich's Constitution score is '-', which means it cannot be affected by an increase or decrease.

A barbarian lich can rage. The duration will be 3 + 0 = 3 rounds. The lich will gain all benefits of raging that it legally can gain: an increase to Strength, a lowered AC, and a bonus to Will saves.

Wow, that is going to hurt with the rage time... I didn't think about that.

Anyway, that would happen in any case of undead. And that is what has happened...

You should see the drop in HP, at least there is the better DR, sort-of...

I think I saw somewhere that undead use their Charisma score to determine hp or something along those lines.

Some undead can, via the Unholy Toughness quality. Certain DMs allow undead to take it as a feat. Me, for example. Most undead are too frail without a mod to hp per hd, despite their large hd size.

The Extended Rage feat is veeeeery attractive to undead barbarians.

As is the Whirling Frenzy rage variant from UA.

Or at best: both.

I was going to mention all of those options, but you beat me to it. :)

In which book is this feat?

What does Whirling do?
