Barbarian - likes and dislikes?

As do I. A nomadic culture following the herd of caribou rarely has time or inclination to learn to read.

Heck, I've never understood why every class other than the barbarian CAN read... D&D has a higher level of literacy than the real world...

Mostly disliked how limited the barbarian was in terms of having only one real trick which is to rage with a two handed weapon and power attack. Although I do have a sword and board elven barbarian which is fun. The whirling frenzy version of rage is a nice change of pace. Still...

My solution: Rage Feats

Quick question for you all concerning D&D 3.5, especially since my other thread has gone so well.

What do you like, and dislike, about the Barbarian?

Be as specific or non specific as you like.

I like all the class mechanics and design. I like it either in 3.0 or 3.5, no preference.

The only thing I don't like very much is that it is a narrow concept and all Barbarians tend to look the same. It's too much melee focused: if you make a Barbarian archer or cavalier, you aren't using your rage and fast movement to their full extent. In this regard the UA variants were very felpful.
