Perhaps you should consider what background the character has and look at some real world names from similar cultures.

An internet search on different cultures and the word names might work. You might also think about whether the name describes some aspect of the character. (Physical appearance or personal attributes.)

There is a great tradition of borrowing real world names or ones that have a similar sound to real world names in fantasy. The name Conan is Irish Gaelic and was a character in the Fianna cycle. (Fionn Mac Cumhail.) There are similar sounding names, such as Conaran a Fomorii giant.

Here are a few name links (many with pronounciations) that I found in a quick search

I also recommend a visit to http://www.yourdictionary.com for the dictionary links... including such languages as Gaulish, Sumerian, Egyptian, and even Klingon and Sindarin.

Class? (Barabarian obviously)
Race?
Background?
Style of Barbarism?
Depending on the answers to the above questions, you could go from Ellyvale Taskerdo, to Blacktoe Thunderfoot, to Rrazz.

Personally I always thought the name of the Troll fighter in the FRCS was kinda brilliant for a Troll fighter but seems to suit any barbarian just fine as well...

Namely: Arrk ! :D:D
