Barbarian Path: (Name up for suggestion)
Very few Barbarians have found a way to focus their rage, pushing their bodies past its limits. Because of this their rage then turns to Focus. Although they can break these limits they cannot avoid the damage their bodies are taking. Prerequisites for this path is having a Constitution at or above 14.

Unlocked potential
At 3nd level, you’ve trained and honed your strength. Your carry weight is equal to 500lbs, you can jump 10ft, you can hold your breath for 5minX con mod, and base speed is increased by 10.

Minor Actions
At 3nd level you gain the ability to push yourself past your threshold of strength, but your body is not use to this. See the actions table for minor actions you can use, you now have Focus points to spend on these actions. You gain bonus Focus Points based on your strength modifier. You regain these points after a long rest. You lose your ability to rage.

Amazing actions
At 7th level, you are able to push yourself even further, but taking even more damage than before. See actions table for Amazing actions you can now use. You gain bonus Will Points based on your strength modifier. You regain these points with a long rest.

Improved Potential
At 10th level, you have grown, you have gotten stronger. Even the god themselves will quake at your new found strength. Your maximum strength is equal to 750lbs, maximum jump is 15ft, and you can hold your breath for 10minX con mod. Your maximum strength does not affect damage rolls.

Epic actions
At 14th level, you can feel yourself reaching the peak of your strength. You have gain a new tier of actions, with even larger damage. At this point if you role maximum damage then you break bones. You gain bonus Will Points based on your strength modifier. You regain these points with a long rest.

Suicidal Actions
At 20th level, you finally understand your purpose. You can now do godly actions, but once you do one of these actions you fall unconscious with 0hp. You gain bonus Will Points based on your strength modifier. You regain these points with a long rest.

Some of these abilities take a bonus action to activate. You can only have 2 abilities active at a time. You take any penalty damage you roll at the end of the round in combat or at the end of the time limit out of combat. Falling unconscious drops your HP to 0.
Jump – Bonus action - This ability makes your NEXT jump the height stated on the table above.
Run – Bonus action – This ability makes your movement distance the distance stated above. This lasts for 1 hour out of combat and 2 rounds in combat. You can double the distance with dashing.
Speed – Bonus action – This ability increases how fast your body actually moves. When attacking with this active it increases your to hit die by the amount of points spent on it (1, 3, 5, or 10). When moving it changes the movement action to a swift action, giving you an additional bonus action. This ability lasts for 30 mins out of combat and 2 rounds in combat.
Strength – bonus action – This ability increases you maximum strength. When attacking while in use it increases your damage by the amount spent on it (1, 3, 5, or 10). This ability lasts for 30 mins out of combat and 1 round in combat.
Critical – bonus action - This makes your next attack an automatic critical hit, you will still need to confirm the hit. This action disables all other active abilities.
Heal – Action – This action heals you for 1d6 for every 2 levels you have. E.g. 2 at 2nd level or 5 at 10th level.
Multiple Attack – Bonus action – This action gives you 1 extra attack, but can only be used twice per round. This does not give you an extra action.
Life Steal –Action – This ability has a range of 10ft. It deals 1d6 + you constitution modifier damage to the target and heals you for that much.
2 Additional Actions –Action – This ability give you 2 additional actions for your NEXT turn. You then fall unconscious after that turn is complete.
Drop Dead – Action – This ability deals damage to one target equal to half your maximum HP, any temporary hit points do not add onto this damage. The target does not get a save. This does not make the ability automatically hit. You cannot use the Critical ability with this.

Editing in a couple points.

I think you've forgotten to rename Will Points to focus in several places - unless there's Will Points, too, and I don't see them.

Since your Focus points are equato barbarian level (or barbarian level + Strength) I see no reason to list them in the class table - unless you've got this subclass modifying the base class somehow.

Yeah, originally it was a full class with other features but I deleted those and made it a path, I still need to clean it up
 

Erm... is this for a superheroic campaign? Because for example, with the speed ability, it changes from 360ft per round at epic to 6,700ft per round (approx) at suicidal. At that speed, wouldn't the bbn burst into flames?

And without Bear Totem resistance those flames will be full damage!
