1) Can a bard/virtuoso with a Harmonic wpn (MIC) use the wpn to sustain his Bardic song (say inspire courage) and then start up a Virtuoso song (say song of fury) without breaking the rules of the Harmonic wpn, which states in pertinent part "will continue a bardic song for 10 rounds unless dismissed or another bardic music effect is started" Since technically, bardic music is different from a virtuoso song, and you don't even have to be a bard to begin the virtuoso PRC.
2) Can a bard/virtuoso with the Requiem feat (Libris Mortis) use the Mindbending Melody to Dominate Person Undead, at least the humanoid once, or are undead never considered humanoid again? In the Lich monster entry it says that a lich is a Medium Undead (Augmented Humanoid). And under the zombie template it says they retain any subtypes except alignment and subtypes that indicate kind.
