Barding for Wolf and Forum Question

Hi, I just wanted to hear if any of you know of druids who use barding/armor for animal companions. If so, does the armor check penalty need to be zero (since e.g. a wolf would not know how to fight in armor)?

You need to be a subscribed member (i.e., paying member) to gain access to the search functions here. Google sometimes works, however.

A normal wolf will not know how to fight in armor. However, any animal trained for war (aka, trained for the Combat special purpose) using the Handle Animal skill is proficient with barding.
