My gaming group is debating multiple attacks for characters with great then +6. I do not have my books with me and I would prefer to have page refrences for my arguement. Do characters get multiple attacks for having a BAB over +5?

There are no additional atacks due to BAB in spycraft.

No, they do not. You gain multiple attacks via fighting with more than one weapon, by making two attack actions per round, and by taking feats that grant extra attacks.

You'll notice that in Spycraft there is no Full Attack action.

Reference any of the combat feats, and the combat section, especially those parts that deal with attack actions.

Thank you guys. I would have noticed the no-full attack if I had my books with me. It is because of the books (when I have them) and you guys here that my group thinks I am some kind of rules guru!
