I am doing this exact same thing over the next few months as I wrap up my campaign. I have a Cathezar doc that is 3.5 compliant, but is also tailored to my campaign and style of play. It may be utterly useless to you but I'll let you take a look and be the judge.

Basically, it's an elite-array advanced marilith, with some swapped out SLA's (blade barrier, project image) for some ideas from the BoVD (wall of deadly chains, dancing chains).

DwarvenDog said:Richard, I'm thrilled that you got some use out of it. I got three excellent sessions out of her, and she finally fell during our last Saturday game of the year. One of my PC's is a spiked-chain weilder and will be able to forge her body-chains into a weapon capable of harming the final foe.
If you're interested, I've attached my revision of D.Prime and Nurn. Again, heavily modded. I'll spoil the specifics.
Anyway, have a happy new year and hope your games continue to go well. High-level is HARD to really do well.
