Does Battle Tide stack with Haste?

Battle Tide is a 5th level cleric spell from Magic of Faerûn, which also grants an extra partial action among some other effects.

I see no reason why not, both grant extra partial actions, but niether is from the same source.

They shouldn't stack. Haste gives an enhancement bonus to # of actions per round. What about Battletide?

The only multi-Haste I've seen occurs with Speed Weapons, and that may have been errata'd or Saged.

Battletide does not say what type of bonus it is. However seen that it does not grant the partial action based on the speed the character is moving but rather because it is stealing energy from it's targets, I would allow the two partial actions to stack.

From the SRD :
Speed: A weapon of speed allows the wielder one single extra attack each round at his highest bonus. It is not cumulative with haste. The extra attack must be with this weapon, not with some other weapon. The weapon does not grant the benefits of a haste spell, so an additional partial action is not what is granted, simply an extra single attack with this weapon.

p. 80, Add the following line to the end of the battletide spell:
"The partial action granted by this spell does not stack with the partial action granted by a haste effect."

I really had not seen that in the errata, when first skimming through it!
