You don't get extra spells. Otherwise I almost agree. Personally we like extra spells.

What the best one is varies but the wild, dragon and aberrent mind all have a claim.

It's close enough I wouldn't argue over any of those 3 claiming to be the best.

New wild magic table is mostly positive. I like the dragon sorcerer as a control one as well.

I would also put the Sorcerer as an S tier class overall.

Although it's not been updated yet, Divine Soul is still a challenger for that title, buffs to the Clerics spells benefited DS as well and the base class gets more spells then they use too, so you can really cherry pick your favorites from both Sorcerer & Cleric spell lists.

I also think Spellfire is really good, kind of like the mid way point between between Dragon & Divine Sorcerers. Just needs tweaking and a Summon Spell on its list.

Seems you can as long as d100 counts as a dice. Nitpick rolling percentile dice may not count a legit d100 would.
It's d100, not d10*10 + d10.
Also, you can get a single d100.

I'm just saying, playing Baldur's Gate 3 recently and I did fully turn Sarevok Anchev, the demigod terror who nearly brought the city of Baldur's Gate to its knees to appease his father, the god of murder, into a cute, fluffy little kitty cat for a couple of turns, and I don't see any other subclasses pulling that off anytime soon, so...
