Go to the Rogue's Guild Forum. [You can also check out people's sigs to find games they're in.]
Find a thread for an online game here.
Fine one format that you like.
Hit the Quote Button.
That will give you access to orignal post that uses a format you like. Do a Control-C copy.
Open up Microsoft Word, or any other Word Processor of your chosing.
Do a Control-V paste.

Voila. That should work.

P.S. I don't mean the above to be condescending. I just have no idea what your Computer skills are (and those of other people reading who might also be interested in ideas). So I took for granted that no previous skill in computer is known. I know the directions are pretty basic. Please don't take offense at them, none was intended.
