Which RPG Deserves an Award?

So... is this poll here to help decide someone's vote, or is Mokona somehow affiliated with GAMA or the Origins People's Choice, or what?

Based on my limited experience with these titles, I'd say the Authority deserves an award, though I haven't voted because of my (largely self-inflicted) confusion and the reluctance of some other posters to vote.

If you haven't seen the "Authority" book, you should at least glance through it if your LGS has a copy - One of the most beautiful books, featuring great art from the comic book series. Hardcover book, but comic book "sized". Simply gorgeous. Can't vouch for the rules/cruch though. Teflon semed to like it though, and I usually agree with his raves...

Can't vote.

Don't know any other than D&D Basic - and I hope that it wasn't the best.

(Not that it was *bad* per se - but it's not really a complete game.)

To clear up any confusion the answer is no, I am not associated.

I don't like to wait so I wanted to see who ENWorders thought would/should win a lot sooner than Origins will announce the winner.

It's just a lack of patience. Besides this way we can see if we're prescient.

they're all to good so I'll just abstain

note I believe the D&D basic set they're referring to is the most recent beginner set with the miniature figures in it not the classic D&D basic set

Of those five listed, Ars Magica is the best. But that's the best new game by a big company, and not best new game.

Yeah. Yawn. Where are all the really vibrant and interesting games made by companies that don't get a lot of press? Where's the My Life With Master of 2004?
