Be sure to return Monday for a look at Fallcrest!

The fact that I recognize all these names makes me feel old, that and my doctor just put me on pressure pills today. Anyway... I always like to see these "cities" or "villages" that are put out for quick play, but usually I just find ways to make what's presented better, drawing my own town and using ideas. Monday will peek my interest but I'm not expecting greatness or anything unique.

Which has all been ruled by a Dynasty.

Isn't that close to the area where the Epic level Warlord (and healer extrodinaire) General Hospital lives?

Is that the guy who's famous for defeating the dreaded Airwolf?

Yep. He lives in Port Charles, but Port Charles has one problem. All the damm vampires.

One of WotC's many, many (many) compound words that seem to infest this edition?

(;))

Fallcrest, Winterhave, Feywild, Shadowfell, Macetail... yeah. The list goes on and on.

Have you seen this:
http://mbenign.blogspot.com/2008/05/sneak-preview-d-4e-monster-building-and.html

It really works. Watch:
*shakes 3d20*
"Thunderscale Foamer"

Maybe that was an anomaly... let's try again:
*shakes 3d20*
"Dreadhaunt Gnasher"

Yep.
"Stonewrack Hulk"
"Poisonspike Filcher"
"Stormwing Creeper"
"Ironscale Scourge"
"Nightfang Lasher"

At this point, I pretty much don't even need WOTC to name the monsters. They can just number them and I'll roll on that table.
