Been Thiking of starting my own D-20 company, where should I start?

With PDFs you have to update the PDFs everytime Wizards updates the d20 license. When months go by and they maintain the status quo. This is not a problem. When two updates come out within 4 months, it can be tiring. (This assumes you are usin the d20 logo, of course.)

Are the writers and illustrators you're working with veterans in the industry, professionals in other industries, or completely untested? If either of the latter two, I'd first have them post some stuff in the freelancer forum over at RPG.net, or do something similar, to get some feedback.
