It is a life size statue made by sculptor Kim Graham. It weighs a few hundred pounds and is made to disassemble for transport in large crates.

It is indeed the same beholder from GenCon.

We are filming a TV commercial and it is the star.

Awesome! Just make sure that you post the commercial on YouTube so that us non-US citizens can see it too.
