Diaglo, could I point out that you could fill the rest of your $5 order by browsing the Classic D&D ESDs that RPGNow has. I'm sure you're collection is nearly complete, but you might find something that you don't have.

my collection is complete. right down to the $500 orange covered B3 Palace of the Silver Princess ;)

the only thing i'm still looking for is an Original Egyptian d20 for under $6000. ;)

and like i told Jim Butler years ago when he was looking for copies to scan.

they can have my modules when they pry them from my cold undead fingers. ;)

I must admit it: I had never thought about buying pdfs up to now, but for a dollar a piece, I HAVE to buy it.

I was only going to buy the taverns book, but it had a minimum of 5 bucks, so I bought a few others too ( not the beholder book tough)

Thanks En wolrd and rpgnow for this huge oportunity for the less fortunade!!!

See ya!!!!!

That was very smart as I know people who never got their lent products back from Jim's group and were never compensated. What a disaster!

Has anyone used the encounters from Deadly Games? I'm thinking of picking that up.

Well, I'd be thrilled if you picked up a copy, because I think it has some of the best production values of any of our books so far, but I don't want you to be confused. There aren't many individual encounters in Deadly Games; it contains 4 arena dungeons, and it has stats for the high-level nasties who organize and run the games, but they're meant more as full dungeons than as single encounters.

We even include some sample stats at the book if you're maybe a player or two short for an evening's game, and you just want to run a one-shot. Take one of the premade dungeons, some of the premade characters, and go. The four dungeons cover a range of levels, so you're likely to find something that you can use, regardless of what level your party is.

And hey, by the way, thanks for bringing up Deadly Games. I just realized I could use one of those very dungeons for an upcoming adventure in my group. Dungeon of Deepest Shadows, here I come.

To my knowledge, everyone who sent copies of their books in to Bastion Press for the ESD scanning program were compensated for their efforts. If anyone didn't, they should contact me directly...
