Level Up (A5E) Belt of Hill Giant Strength

All of the belts have the same STR value as the A5e giant they’re named after. Ergo, if the A5e Hill Giant has a STR value of 20, so will its belt.

i should clarify - my confusion wasn't over the correlation. my confusion was over the hill giant (and i guess also the frost giant?) having its strength reduced by 1 for seemingly no reason. just seems pointless to me, and also makes the belt strength values less smooth. maybe it's just the aesthetic-appreciating part of my brain getting bothered by it. i dunno.
