Benefits for Group Item Sets

My apologies if this is in AV2, but I have yet to find it in there.

Two players in my group have one piece of a group item set, which meets the requirements of the 2-piece benefit. My question is... Who gets the benefit?

It's a group item set, so does the whole group benefit if only a few people carry the set? Do only the people who carry at least one item get the benefit from the set bonus? Does the group have to chose one person who gets the bonus?

I'm leaning towards thesecond option, though that's purely my opinion, and I haven't seen any rules in AV2 about this.

I think that's the correct one. I'm pretty sure it's explained in AV2 in the introductory text before the group sets are described, though.
