Hello all, this is a class i've been trying to make for a while... I know it's most likely not balanced, so any insight is appreciated.

Skill points: 4+int modifier every level. (x4 at first level)

Berserker rage: A berserker gains +4 to strength, +2 to his saves and 2 DR/- whenever his hp drops below 60% of his total hit points (Only hit points gained from items and berserker levels count). Add another +2 to strength, +1 to his saves and +1 DR/- at level 5 and every 5 level afterward.

Berserker's code: You gain your wisdom bonus to your damage rolls and to your AC as long as you:

Refuse to take your flanking bonus against your opponents.

Do not strike an enemy who is helpless, stunned, prone, disarmed or otherwise disadvantaged in a fight, unless such disadvantage was caused by the berserker or his opponent.

Spare the lives of those you defeat in a duel if they surrender.

If you break this code, you cannot take any more levels in berserker.

Fast movement: +10 ft. to your movement speed if wearing no armor.

Hardened skin: at 2nd level, a berserker gains 2 natural armor when wearing no armor. At 5th level, this bonus increases to +3, and his skin can be enchanted (and dispelled) the same way an armor could. He also loses the speed reduction while wearing an armor.

Power attack: At 3rd level, a berserker gains the power attack feat.

Fearful: You gain +2 to your intimidate and sense motive skills. This bonus increases to +4 at level 11, and to +6 at level 17.

Blood lust: On a charge attack, a berserker may lose a number of hit points and gain bonus damage equal to the life lost. Maximum number of hit points lost this way is equal to 2x berserker level.

DRl: At 7th level and every 3 levels after, a berserker's damage reduction increases by 1/-

Improved power attack: At 8th level, a berserker gains the improved power attack feat. (Same as FB)

Brutal presence: You add your strength modifier instead of your charisma to your intimidate checks.

Indomitable will: The berserker gains +4 to his saves againt enchantment spells while in berserker rage.

Supreme power attack: At 18th level a berserker gains the supreme power attack feat. (Same as FB)

What are you trying to balance this relative to?

You can easily make a monk cry, for example, but any full spellcaster could make you eat your own entrails for breakfast. (And if they're a divine spellcaster, the will heal you so that you can do it again.)

Well balancing it so it could be used in a normal game without being overpowered xD; I was thinking somewhere along the line of stronger then a barbarian, but obviously weaker then a frenzied berserker.

I'm just not sure how much more powerful i can make the class compared to a barbarian, because there's alot of restrictions:
The code which doesn't allow you most of the combat benefits.
Berserker rage only triggers at a certain amount of hp, therefore not really useable out of combat, and only triggers after you get hurt. It also doesn't end, so if you're out of heals you get in a pretty uneasy situation xD
You also cannot really multiclass, because berserker rage will then trigger at a very low amount of hp.

And on average any barbarian/fighter class get their ass handed to them by casters... As far as i've seen anyhow. I mean i thought about putting good will saves, but with good wisdom i thought it would be a bit too strong... Considering like every classes i've seen only have 1 strong save.. Except for monks who got 3.

I'm basically looking to know how much power i can give this class without it being considered overpowered.

Clerics and Druids get 2 good saves, in core. As do Dwarven Defenders and Dragon Disciples.

Honestly, the class looks fine to me.
