have you also looked at

d20 Mecha Compendium Deluxe Edition
RPGNow.com - Dream Pod 9 - d20 Mecha Compendium Deluxe Edition

d20 Military Vehicles
RPGNow.com - White Wolf - d20 Military Vehicles

both use besm d20- the mech compendium uses a slightly altered set of creation rules.

I like some of the mecha designs in d20 Mecha Compendium and thank you for mentioning these. You say that d20 Mecha Compendium uses a slightly altered construction system in comparison to BESM d20 Revised/d20 Mecha, but do you know how they are different?

I have the besm d20 stingy gamer edition. I'd be willing to let it go for $18 including s&h which would include a confirmation notice. (I never send out anything without those these days.)

Whats the difference in the normal & the stingy gamer edition? I am VERY interested though. I'm all about the rules. As long as it has the rules I'm not so interested in the art.

Stingy edition has little to no artwork (and any artwork that exists are in b&w) and it also uses smaller fonts to fit more info on each page.

RE: D20 Anime

I am desperately seeking a copy of this game book for an upcoming d20 mecha game I am working on with a friend.
Just buy a copy of 4E.

I was going to have Kinko's print it and bind it for me, since I have the pdf. It will cost me somewhere between $20-$30 to do it this way, with the binding.

Kinko's should usually be your last resort for such things IMO as, with few exceptions, their prices exceed those of all other copy store chains. In fact, I've lived in or near three major metropolitan areas in the past ten years, and Kinko's managed to cost more than all of the other copy shops in those areas without offering significantly better or varied services.

I don't know of another similar copy store out here where I live.

Assuming that you've already looked in the phone book under both "Printers" and "Copy Shops,", my next suggestion would be to try looking into pffice supply stores like Office Max, Office Depot, etc (almost all of them have a print center, many of them cheaper than Kinko's).
