Best 3.5, non-Dungeon, 1st level adventure out there?

W0/W1 from Necromancer are not bad. You just have to ignore the pointless railroading in the boxed text. It works especially well if one the characters is a devotee of Freya (or whoever you modify the goddess to be in your campaign.

Whispering Woodwind is a great non-Dungeon adventure. And I believe it has been updated to D&D3.5. But it starts characters at 2nd level. That said, I'm sure it could be modified to a 1st level adventure if necessary.

Actually as of Today, all three are now available for download at RPGnow.com. Planning on buying them my self.

Indeed. Madness in Freeport went up yesterday so the whole trilogy is now available 3.5 updated and expanded in PDF form. A print version that compiles all three adventures into one book follows in August.

If you like psionics, you might try Of Sound Mind.

There is a dungeon in it, but a lot of the module takes place outside, in a lil town. It had the most exciting conclusion of any module I've ever run. :D
