Low-Level: Sunless Citadel. 3e introductory module, also reprinted for 5e in “Tales from the Yawning Portal”, which is basically a “best of” module collection. Played it & ran it, great from either side of the table.
High-level: Agree with everyone else on Glacier Season from Dungeon. Definitely on my list to eventually run.
