I'd have to say:
1. D&D Miniatures: I use them in *every* game I play now, which is something I could have previously said only about my dice and core rulebooks. The game itself is great, too.
2. D&D 3.5: The more I run it by the book, the more I like it. I'm still not crazy about the new weapon size rules, but everything else works great. It takes getting used to, but I like it.
3. Did Fiend Folio come out this year? I love bringing it to games, because just the sight of it makes my players quake in fear. If FF was a 2002 release, then I'd have to say Draconomicon. A really fun, just plain beautiful book.
Honorable mentions to Dynaties & Demagogues, Complete Warrior, and Miniatures Handbook. I'd also put AU up there, but I always feel cheesy pushing stuff that I have professional connects to.
