Jason Engle's art may be seen in Bastion Press' Oathbound: Plains of Penance and the joint project of Allies & Adversaries (w/ Talisman Studios).

In my opinion, this guy is one of the top 3 full color artists in the industry right now. I'd love to have some of his stuff for my desktop wallpaper...

My money's on Call of Cthulhu. Sardinha's work, which I normally find a bit off, is very good, as are WAR's few (rather off-topic) pieces. And though I haven't read it yet, Savage Species looks like it has good stuff in it.
