Ed Wood would have been great.

Roger Corman is still alive, I think. Here's a quote, "In science-fiction films the monster should always be bigger than the leading lady." That sounds like a pretty good basis for a fantasy film too!

Too bad Russ Meyer is dead; that would make for an interesting D&DD movie!

Rob Reiner did do a fine job with "The Princess Bride". I don't know if he would be interested however.

The guys who did 'The Gamers' might do well, I'd be interested in what they could come up with.

At least we KNOW the casting will be solid, right (as far as the female leads go, anyways)?
