WidowerMaker.

Classic.

Yeah, I loved that one. it was found in a trove of "Questionably beneficial" weapons...

+2 Axe with a bane against Law.

+1 NE intelligent Shortsword that would, on a critical hit, Slow the target.

I forget the others, but WidowerMaker was the one they liked best (I still rcall every large scale battle they were in beginning with the Ranger trying to spot female enemies in the crowd)

A barbarian in my first 3e campaign had a Battleaxe called "The Hussy" when he started using it in preference to an intelligent sword.

Toras's sword is not named but rather described.
"The Bad thing that happens to Bad People." (+4 blessed Mercurial Greatsword of Speed)

Razor is the intelligent sword of a party member.

Best name ever heard of for a weapon.
"Me"-Monk

Well a player of mine aquired a magical minor artifact weapon from his god as a token of gratitude for saving him (long story).
So I asked the player "What will be the name of this mighty blade?".
At that moment to doorbell rang and he shouted "Pizza!!!".

Well as you can guess the sword (a +5 intelligent flaming holy avanger) was called Pizza. ;) It was btw. not amused with it's new name :D

In a game a played, a fighter/fragon disciple had a a greatsword he called "the Truth".

His mottos were " I have the Truth, the others have only arguments" and "Some people can´t handle the truth"

Someday I'm going to play a paladin whose line will be, "You have been tried and found wanting", with a holy weapon called Wanting.

I was given a Halfling to play in a tournament the character was a fighter with an intelligent sword, who's Ego was rivally that of the Halfling. The character's name was "Bonecrusher Hogan" there wasn't any background so we were encouraged to create our own. So I decided that "Bonecrusher" was actually the sword's name and he had demanded on 'top billing'.

I was playing in a DnD 3.0 Forgotten Realms game as a halfling priest to Tempus (God of Battle/War) 7th. Our DM had just sent us against our first Dragon ever and we were getting whupped pretty good. After I finally used my last healing spell we had gotten the Dragon to the point where it was finally looking to be in pretty bad shape. Having few other options I decided to hit the darn thing. I moved around to it's backside to flank it and tried to hit it. I ended up rolling a Crit, and did max damage with my Heavy Mace +1 which killed/knocked unconsious the Dragon. From that moment on, my Mace was dubbed "Dragon Pumper"!!
