My list would be (and I'm sure I'm forgetting stuff):
Game of Thrones - Say what you want about the last season, but for most of the 10s, we were all talking about it. Personally, I liked the ending, even if I had my quibbles.
Adventure Time - One of the most magical cartoons I can think of. That sense of wonder, whimsy, and bittersweet remembrance!
Harlots - I'm not sure if this counts as being done or not (the last season finale sure felt like an ending, but there's been no official word yet), but the writing and acting is so sharp in this. The costuming is gorgeous, too.
The Legend of Korra - A powerful, inclusive story. The awesome world-building from the first series got even more awesome when taken further into the world's future.
Mad Men - At three years prior to 2010 and five after, it squeaks by the requirements. A great story, from start to finish.
