PBWiki's terms of service are pretty clear that you still own it. I don't know how to quickly convert to a wiki but you should check out pbwiki.com

Well, in my case: E6 has generated a lot of interest in a really short amount of time. I don't have the cash to jump into the industry to champion it or do a vanity project. What I do have is a lot of development time and some ideas on how game material ought to be written.

In my dream, someone with art and layout comes along and decides to do an E6 product. They use the resources I've provided because they're 100% OGC and they know they don't have to credit me beyond the Section 15.

To be honest, I think the best venue for E6 might be WotC's revamped Dungeon and Dragon magazines. WotC is very, very well aware that most games occur in the 1-10 range(why do yo think so many feats have low prereqs and why there are so few CR 12+ monsters?), and a small column on "here's another spin on D&D for you to try" would work well.

Unlike a lot of other systems, E6 doesn't hurt WotC's bottom line at all -- if anything, it helps, because players are hungrier for all the lovely options in the Completes and Compendiums. If my quick perusal was correct, around 75% of all the magic items in the MIC have a caster level of 6 or lower to create, making them great additions to E6. Even the D&D Miniatures stuff, as was mentioned in the original E6 thread, skew to the lower levels, so in many ways it actually makes it -easier- for DMs to use their giant minis collections.

A column series where you (and the Design Team) convert some Prestige Class abilities to E6 and a few additional feats to each class and explain how they work in E6 would be a good start. Another focus could involve taking iconic high-level threats like pit fiends and beholders and depowering them --without losing essential flavor -- just enough to be big epic challenges for PCs. Still -another- focus could be new incantations/rituals to simulate powerful plot-important effects like raise dead, plane shift, teleport, etc.

Bottom line is, there's a ton of awesome stuff here to do. Drop WotC a line and see if they'd like an E6 column in New Dragon.

(And if you don't have time for column articles either, well, then I might just be up for some of this -- I'm very psyched about E6 and I'm going to have to do a lot of this stuff anyways for my new E6 campaign!)

That would be a fantastic venue for E6, but between my job and with work in chaos and a baby on the way, I'm not going to take on new deadlines. That said, if you went ahead and did a column, I'd be happy to consult on it via e-mail.

Which reminds me, anyone know how to take a poorly formatted document and turn it into a wikki for free? And if you post said wikki using some freebie hosting service, who owns that IP?
I also found PBWiki to be accomodating in terms of license; that's why my Ars Magica wiki is there.

As to how to convert - no, I'm afraid I don't really know. You could always cut & paste, of course.

In that case -- article submission is off to WotC! I'll let you know if anything comes of this.

BTW - holy smokes is the book of the righteous good. That makes me one very satisfied example of OGC -> sales.
