How about Sean Connery as William of Baskerville in The Name of the Rose? Far more Cleric than Monk. Jeremy Irons as Gabriel in The Mission? Keanu Reeves in Constantine?

Sean Connery is a great choice there. Constantine is more of a warlock though. Says so right in his bio ;)

Cleric is tough. I think it has the least representation of all the classes in media.

At first Yoda seems like a good fit but given his physical presence he is more of a Wizard. Whenever people refer to Star Wars in reference to fantasy the Jedi are always called space wizards. I think it is because clerics aren't a thing for the general populace.

Still, considering the choices, the Jedi are the best fit for clerics I can think of right now.
I chose yoda over any of the other jedi, because of all of them, he's the one that keeps preaching about the force and meditation. His behavior towards the force is very much like a cleric to their deity.

How about Rutger Hauer as Cardinal Patrick Henry Roark in Sin City? Or maybe Liam Neeson's character from Kingdom of Heaven?

Good lord, why is it that the first reply in these polls is always "your forgot so and so!"

In the other poll, I even asked for suggestions for this poll in case I forgot someone. I can't know every TV or Movie or video game character ever made, you know.
People who are specifically interested in bards won't have read the last thread, they'll read this one. Just like people who are specifically interested in clerics won't be reading this thread, they'll read the next one.

Voted Chaucer and Gabrielle, but want to qualify my Gabrielle vote by saying it would only apply to the first few seasons, after which she drifted away from Bard towards... Cleric? Fighter? ...not sure, but she didn't come across as a Bard really at all in the later seasons.

Xena is a bard? You got to be kidding me.

Edit I do not know any of the others, I watch so little TV. Seems I cannot cast my vote here.

What is the black cauldron? it sounds interesting.
