Garthanos

Arcadian Knight
That's where we get the Fist of the North Star reference! Which is basically the modern reference to the Quivering Palm but also if it was in a Mad Max-esque post apocalyptic hellscape
Was not familiar but ... "what are you doing trying to tickle me to death", heh

For the list of paladins, I'd add:

Kaulder from The Last Witch Hunter

Robocop from, err, Robocop.

I think I'd take Ser Davos out and put Ser Berric Dondarrion in his place. Good call on Brienne, definitely.

Tomorrow's poll: Paladin. Here's what I have so far. Using 5e paladins, this means paladins of archfey and redemption can be included. Taking submissions:

I'll add Berric Dondarrion. Keeping Davos because he's the Onion Knight. His backstory wasn't on screen, but he's total paladin. Even with his behavior on screen with the girl; the compassion and dedication for what is right? Yeah, paladin.

Kaulder is actually on my warlock list.

I can get behind Davos - indeed, he is one of the few Game of Thrones characters with a strong moral compass. And he was religious - in the books, certainly, they make much more of his adherence to The Seven in the face of everyone else turning to R'hllor.

Avoiding spoilers, I had forgotten about that part of The Last Witch Hunter. Perhaps the only cinematic warlock/paladin multiclass?

I think you need to update this poll: Picard Episode 4 has given us as close to perfect monk exemplar as you can get.

uh, hmm, you got a good point there. Goku should've been a shoo-in, but we already have the Monkey King on this list so ¯\(ツ)

for that matter, does Seiya (Saint Seiya) count as a paladin? I nominate him, he's all about justice and serves a deity (sort of) and obtains armor that gives him supernatural abilities after going through a trial (or trials—look I'm not into this series that much, but he still seems like a good candidate).
If not Goku then certainly Tenshinhan could be considered.
